The Benefit Coordinators is focused on excellence. It, unlike other organizations, is not about production. Our goal is to develop top quality producers who are client centered. Or goal is to teach while having production far exceed expectations.
The size of the US government employee market allows our production to be very stable. Unlike other markets we are less susceptible to employee layoffs, downsizing, shutdowns and such. How we market ourselves allows us to build our operation that much quicker.
